Building a Network
"A successful Direct Saleser is one who works for himself but not by himself"

Building a stable yet efficient network is a requisite element for the success of an Direct Saleser. To start with, we need to understand that a Network is created via the association of people. In a network, people interact and are joined by comradeship as well as bussiness-ship. It is therefore vital, to have a handle on how people are motivated and how they psychologically associate.

At ProLife, to build a powerful and sustainable Network you need to start by recruiting several direct down-lines to be sponsored directly by yourself. After sometime, you will be able to identify the most active and potential ones. Choose the most powerful three direct down-lines and work with them as a team to coach and promote them.

Meeting your direct down-lines should be on your top priority list. You should schedule a weekly meeting to sit and talk about every single detail of the business.

Knowing that you cannot promote to a higher level unless your direct down-lines are themselves promoted, even if your points qualify you for the promotion – should make you even more eager to coach and support them. 

Supporting your network is not only confined to supporting your direct down-lines but also to your indirect down-lines. The question would be; how would I know about my indirect down-lines? Simply, visit the nearest ProLife Branch Office and ask the staff to print your genealogy where all your direct and indirect down-lines will appear and from there you can track and start communicating with them.

Do not recruit new prospects unless you make sure that you train those who are already in your network. The more you train and coach your down-lines, the more your network becomes stable and the business turns to be sustainable. Direct Sales is about duplication so you must be able to duplicate yourself into your down-lines. They need to learn about the compensation plan as well as the products so that they can be able to build their own stable and efficient network which subsequently reflects on your network.

Long sighted Direct Salesers are ones who aim high and proceed slowly but surely. Top distributors may have not received high checks during their first couple of months because they have been concentrating on training and coaching their down-lines to be as good as them and then their checks start jumping as well as their ranks.
